This year at ISE Amate Audio exhibited the latest additions to NÍTiD series of ultra-compact, ‘smart’ loudspeaker systems, debuted at the Amsterdam show last year. Alongside the series headline models like the N208 line array, new models like the N6 smart performance installation speaker and N12WP sub bass system made their exhibition debut, alongside the TPD digital reinvention of Amate Audio’s iconic 2.1 channel TriPhonic power amplifier design
Centre stage position on the booth however was reserved for the unveiling of Amate Audio’s new flagship X212AF advanced line array. Launched together with its partner X218WF sub at the show. X212AF is a fully optimised, state-of-the-art discrete 3-way line array design, integrating the company’s next generation proprietary ACTIVE +™ integrated power and control platform. A fully self-contained system, this full range 2×12”, phase linear, large-format line array system, is compact and lightweight for a system of its type, and with ACTIVE +™ power and control, once flown, stacked or installed, configurable in just a matter of minutes.
General Manager Amate Audio Benelux, Jason Lupgens says,
“During the four days we saw many of existing and prospective new customers, all of who were excited about the new products like the N6, which will make a big impact on the Dutch and Belgium installation market, together with the TPD and the powerful and operational versatile N12WP ultra-compact subwoofer.
“X212AF and X218WF represent a major move into the world of large scale sound reinforcement. Immense power, great sound, aesthetic design and incredible ease of use come together in these two new products to offer something quite exceptional to sound hire and installation companies. We can’t wait to receive the first systems in Benelux.”
