Joker series in an event in commemoration of the 15th Anniversary of Macau S.A.R. establishment. The event was held at MGM MACAU, an avant-garde touristic complex located in Macau.
SAR means Special Administrative Regions of People’s Republic of China. There are only two regions which have this special feature: Macau and Hong Kong, both are autonomous territories that fall within the sovereignty of the People’s Republic of China, yet do not form part of Mainland China.
